Before you email
Reporting a bug? Include the tool you were using (password generator, strength checker, passphrase generator, or username generator), your browser, and what you expected versus what happened — that's usually enough to reproduce it. Since nothing you generate or type into the tools is ever sent to a server, we can't see your passwords or history, so there's no account or activity to look up on our end.
